The Washateria

Here we are, after Ike, at the washateria. We still didn't have power at our house.

It was our first visit and we thought it was pretty cool.

We didn't mind that it was 200 degrees inside and that there were about 100 people, all fighting for the same washing machines and dryers :)

Wow, those dryers were HUGE. MaMa said that we were such good helpers.

We put the clothes in the dryer, threw in the fabric softner sheet and inserted the money.

Patiently waiting for...most importantly...our nigh-nights(special blankets we use at nighttime).

Nothing beats a juice box and a granola bar after working so hard.

Although we disagree, MaMa said that she prefers doing laundry at home.

She said that she is VERY GRATEFUL for our OWN washing machine and dryer.
