Quintana Beach

On Saturday we returned safely from our California trip. DaDa felt like we didn't get enough family time(ha,ha) sooo....we met up with more Oropezas on Sunday to spend the day at Quintana Beach; about 1 hour from Houston. Boy, DaDa has a big familia.
Although you can't tell in these pictures, it was also DaDa's birthday. Don't tell, but he is quickly approaching a BIG # birthday. Can you guess which one?
Cumpleanos Feliz, Cumpleanos Feliz, Cumpleanos Feeeeliz a DaDa, Cumpleanos Feliz!

We had a ball playing in the waves. MaMa and DaDa think we'll be surfers one day.
This is our Tia Adela and our prima Steffy(Stephanie). The water was warm, warm, warm!

Alex tried desperately to pull DaDa into the waves but he was TOOOO strong.

Tio Pancho and Leah built this sand castle. Lots of artistic genes in our family.

While Leah played in the sand Alex practiced his surfing skills. We normally use the green skate board in the swimming pool but it works just as well in the gulf.

Tio Soriano and our primo El Gallo dug a deep tunnel in the sand. It also had a pyramid on top of the log but MaMa didn't include the picture. :(

MaMa's favorite shots of the day.....Alex above and Leah below.

We feel so blessed to have the opportunity to see different places in this world.
God really is good to us and our family.

May God be good to your family too.
